1. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental purchases.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are strictly limited to the following two scenarios:

  • Damaged Products: The item arrived physically damaged or defective.

  • Shipping Misplacement: The item was lost in transit and confirmed as "undelivered" by the shipping carrier’s tracking system.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your order meets the criteria above, you must contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date in the case of misplacement).

To process your request, please include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and the original shipping packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once your request is received, we will review the evidence and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4-5 working days.
